We have a 20Kva or 27Kva Gas powered generator that would be the solution to these problems, no one needs to be there to turn it on as it automatically starts when needed and stops once the blackout is repaired. Most unit blocks have natural gas therefore, the Strata wouldn’t need to pay or rely on anyone to check for fuel (diesel/petrol), levels as the generator is gas fuelled, the gas is always there and connected.
