At No More Blackouts, we are committed to getting your Generac or Pramac generator (and related products) to you safely and efficiently. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Minto, Sydney, NSW.
How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
We use the Transdirect Shipping Calculator integrated into our checkout. This powerful tool provides real-time quotes from Australia’s major courier and freight providers, so you always see the most competitive rates available for your postcode and order weight/dimensions.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- The size and weight of your generator(s) or accessories
- The carrier’s current rates
You can compare options (e.g. standard road freight, express, or tailgate delivery where available) and select the one that best suits your needs.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (subject to stock availability).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier chosen:
- Sydney Metro & surrounding areas: usually 1–3 business days
- Regional NSW / ACT: 2–5 business days
- Interstate (VIC, QLD, SA, etc.): 3–7 business days
- Remote & regional Australia: 5–10+ business days (please allow extra time)
Note: Large generators are sent via freight and may require a scheduled delivery or site access for unloading.
Shipping to Remote & Regional Areas
We ship Australia-wide, including to regional, rural, and remote postcodes. Transdirect will show all available options. Some remote areas may incur higher freight costs or have limited carrier choices — the calculator will display this clearly at checkout.
Special Notes for Generators
- Most Generac Guardian standby generators are palletised and sent via specialised freight.
- Some larger units may require a forklift or tailgate lift at the delivery address. Please ensure access is available or select the appropriate service at checkout.
- We recommend having someone available on the scheduled delivery day.
Free or Included Delivery
For selected Generac Guardian models, we sometimes offer free delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan area (conditions apply). Check the product page or contact us for current offers.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within Australia. If you are located overseas, please contact us to discuss options.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting us directly for the latest delivery information.
