These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• Goods – Generators (including Generac and Pramac brands), accessories, parts, and any other products listed on our website.
• You / Your – The customer placing an order or using our website.

2. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of stock.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
• A contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• We use Pin Payments as our secure payment gateway. Card details are processed securely via Pin.js and never touch our servers.
• You authorise us (or Pin Payments on our behalf) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including goods, shipping, and any applicable fees.
• We may offer surcharges or additional fees in line with Pin Payments’ policies.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• All orders are dispatched from our dealership warehouse in Minto, Sydney, NSW.
• Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout using the Transdirect Shipping Calculator, which provides quotes from major Australian couriers based on your postcode, order weight, and dimensions.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typical transit times are:
  • Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Regional NSW/ACT: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–10+ business days
• Large generators are sent via freight and may require a forklift, tailgate delivery, or scheduled unloading. You are responsible for ensuring suitable access at the delivery address.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch. Title remains with us until full payment is received.
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs (if applicable), or events beyond our control.

5. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

• Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind on generators or custom/special-order items. Returns may be accepted for smaller accessories within 14 days, subject to the goods being in original, unused condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Faulty or damaged goods: If goods arrive damaged or are faulty, you must contact us within 7 days with photos and order details. We will arrange inspection, repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Cancellation: You may cancel an order before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and you must follow our returns process.
• Refunds (where approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Warranties and Australian Consumer Law

• All Generac and Pramac generators come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Details are provided on the product page or in the product manual.
• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties, guarantees, or representations.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the price paid for the goods.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss (including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity).

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, logos, product information) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Privacy

• We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Website Use

• You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
